人际信任、社会认同感对居民参与志愿服务意愿的影响——基于CSS2019数据分析

摘要 志愿服务事业作为国民道德教育的实践形式,在世界范围内受到广泛关注。我国的志愿服务事业有“起步晚,发展快”的特点。本篇论文通过对去除缺失值后的“2019中国社会状况综合调查”的全国调查数据利用SPSS26.0进行分析。从居民个体视角分析影响其志愿服务意愿的影响因素。通过软件分析发现,人际信任与社会认同感与居民参与志愿服务的意愿均有显著的相关性(P 【0.05),且β值均大于0,说明呈正相关性。通过描述性分析发现,我国社会中人际信任与社会认同感均处于中上水平。其中人际信任产生中介效应,通过影响居民社会认同感促进其产生志愿服务的意愿。 As a practical form of national moral education, voluntary service has attracted extensive attention all over the world. China’s voluntary service has the characteristics of “late start and rapid devel-opment”. In this paper, the national survey data of “2019 comprehensive survey of China’s social situation” after removing the missing value are used by SPSS26.0 for analysis. From the perspective of individual residents, this paper analyzes the influencing factors affecting their willingness to volunteer service. Through software analysis, it is found that there is a significant correlation be-tween interpersonal trust, social identity and residents’ willingness to participate in voluntary ser-vice (P <0.05), β values are greater than 0, indicating a positive correlation. Through descriptive analysis, it is found that interpersonal trust and social identity in Chinese society are at the upper middle level. Among them, interpersonal trust has an intermediary effect, which promotes resi-dents’ willingness to volunteer service by affecting residents’ social identity.
