政治参与、社会信任对居民幸福感的影响——基于CGSS2018数据的实证分析

The Influence of Political Participation and Social Trust on Residents’ Happiness—Empirical Analysis Based on CGSS2018 Data

居民幸福感作为现代社会治理重要的指标要素之一,引起了越来越多学者的关注。政治参与是居民参政议政的重要途径之一,社会信任是居民的一种集体资源,都与居民幸福感之间存在某种关系。基于CGSS2018的研究数据,采用有序Logit模型以分析政治参与和社会信任对居民幸福感的影响。结果表明,第一,政治参与对居民幸福感有显著的正向影响,政治参与每提升一个层次,居民幸福感就越强;第二,社会信任对居民幸福感有较为显著的影响,且两者呈正相关关系,社会信任水平越高,居民幸福感就越强;第三,除户口类型因素外,性别、年龄、健康状况、收入水平等社会经济地位和人口特征变量对居民幸福感都有显著影响。

As one of the important indicators of modern social governance, residents’ happiness has attracted more and more scholars’ attention. Political participation is one of the important ways for residents to participate in politics. Social trust is a collective resource of residents, which has a certain rela-tionship with residents’ happiness. Based on CGSS2018 data, this paper uses ordered Logit model to analyze the influence of political participation and social trust on residents’ happiness. The results show that: first, political participation has a significant positive impact on residents’ well-being. Every level of political participation is promoted, the residents’ well-being is stronger. Second, social trust has a significant impact on residents’ happiness, and there is a positive correlation between them. The higher the level of social trust, the stronger the residents’ happiness. Third, in addition to the household type factors, gender, age, health status, income level and other socio-economic status and demographic variables have a significant impact on residents’ well-being.
