Impact of Housing Indicator Factors on Adult Health—Based on CGSS2017 Data

住房是人类最基本的生存需求,许多研究初步证实,住房指标因素会影响居民的健康。文章根据中国综合社会调查CGSS2017主要从房屋产权、房屋数量两个住房指标因素对成年人健康进行分析,其中自评健康和心理健康被用来衡量健康结果。使用OLS模型评估住房指标因素与成年人健康之间的关系,目前的研究结果支持住房指标因素影响成年人健康结果相关的观点。未来的研究方向可能侧重于针对这些影响因素的干预措施,以及住房对中低收入家庭等特殊群体健康的影响。

Housing is the most basic survival need of human beings. Many studies have preliminarily con-firmed that housing index factors will affect the health of residents. According to the China General Social Survey CGSS2017, this paper mainly analyzes the health of adults from the housing property rights and the number of houses. Self-assessed health and mental health are used to measure health outcomes. Using the OLS model to assess the relationship between housing indicator factors and adult health, the current findings support the notion that housing indicator factors are associ-ated with adult health outcomes. Future research directions may focus on interventions targeting these influencing factors, as well as the impact of housing on the health of special groups such as low- and middle-income families.
