摘要
数字经济的迅速发展,使制造业竞争更加激烈,数字化转型已经成为每个制造商提高竞争力、维持可持续发展必不可少的策略。本文基于豪泰林模型,采用博弈论的分析方法,通过逆向归纳,得出制造商数字化转型不仅能够满足客户的低价格要求,还能扩大市场份额。并总结了制造商可以通过与零售商建立数据共享平台,实现供应链协同推进数字化转型,可以利用工业互联网平台打造自身数字化转型策略以及引进和培养数字化人才、整合ERP系统的方式实现数字化转型。
With the rapid development of digital economy, the competition in manufacturing industry has be-come more intense. Digital transformation has become an indispensable strategy for every manu-facturer to improve competitiveness and maintain sustainable development. Using Hotelling model and game theory analysis method, this paper concludes that digital transformation of manufactur-ers can not only meet customers’ low price requirements, but also expand market share through backward induction. It also concludes that manufacturers can establish a data sharing platform with retailers to realize the coordinated digital transformation of supply chain. They can use indus-trial Internet platform to build their own digital transformation strategy, introduce and train digital talents, and integrate ERP system to realize digital transformation.
