我国居家养老的研究热点与发展趋势

Research Hotspots and Development Trend of Home Care in China

进入21世纪以来,我国的老龄化压力不断上升,政府和学者们大力探讨适宜的养老模式以应对未来的养老风险,提升人民的幸福感。居家养老是长期以来各国都普遍实行的养老方式,在机构养老逐步发展的背景下,其仍然有着重要的地位,但在老龄化现象日益严重的当下,居家养老模式也应当顺应局势,进一步发展完善。因此,本文探讨近十余年来有关居家养老的研究情况,梳理发展脉络和研究热点。研究发现,近十余年来关于居家养老的热点随着社会变迁和养老事业的发展不断变化,现阶段主要集中于“医养结合”“智慧养老”等方面。通过本文的梳理分析,期望能从理论层面对我国养老服务进行一些总结,并为后续的研究提供一些帮助。

Since the beginning of the 21st century, China’s aging pressure has been rising. The government and scholars have vigorously explored appropriate pension models to cope with future pension risks and enhance people’s happiness. Home-based care for the aged is a common way of providing for the aged in all countries for a long time. Under the background of the gradual development of institutional pension, it still has an important position. However, with the increasingly serious aging phenomenon, the home-based care model should also conform to the situation and further develop and improve. Therefore, this paper discusses the research on home care in recent ten years, comb-ing the development context and research focus. The study found that in the past ten years, the hotspots of home-based care for the elderly have been changing with the social changes and the development of the pension industry. At this stage, it mainly focuses on the “combination of medical care” and “intelligent pension”. Through the analysis of this paper, we hope to summarize the pen-sion services in China from the theoretical level, and provide some help for the follow-up study.
