Difference and Synergy: A Quantitative Study of the Elderly Care Service Policies in the Yangtze River Delta

在长三角一体化发展的背景下,从政策分析的角度评价长三角地区养老服务政策的府际协作表现,发现目前沪苏浙皖四地养老服务政策趋同、协同性不明显的特征,提出依托自身区位条件、人口特征,有针对性地发布相关政策、建立内部的协同机制,强化主体单位责任、加强政策执行监督的建议。

In the context of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, from the perspective of policy analysis, this paper evaluates the performance of inter governmental coordination of elderly care service policies in the Yangtze River Delta, finds that the current elderly care service policies in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui are similar and have no obvious synergy, and proposes to is-sue relevant policies, establish an internal coordination mechanism, strengthen the responsibility of the main units, and strengthen the supervision of policy implementation based on their own re-gional conditions and demographic characteristics.
