基于投入产出分析的山东省区域经济效率评价研究

Evaluation of Regional Economic Efficiency in Shandong Province Based on Input-Output Analysis

山东作为实体经济发展的大省,经济转型与经济发展依托于持续的资本投入。自从国家实施崛起战略以来,山东省经济得到迅速发展,但部分地区之间仍存在着经济差异以及效率较低等问题,如何采取有效的措施解决区域内效率之间的差异以此来促进各地区共同发展是目前学术界研究的主流。文章通过《山东省统计年鉴》及各地市统计局官网对投入产出指标与山东省近年来经济增长现状结合,针对各地市经济发展的特点,利用数据包络分析方法站在经济效率的视角上对山东省各地市2020年投入与产出之间的缺口进行研究。结合研究结果从区域经济差异、人才培养与匹配、产业发展、收入差距等四个方面提出山东省区域经济发展的改进建议。

As a major province of real economy development, Shandong's economic transformation and eco-nomic development depend on continuous capital investment. Since the implementation of the ris-ing strategy, Shandong Province’s economy has been developing rapidly. But there are still some problems of economic differences and low efficiency among some regions. How to take effective measures to solve the differences in regional efficiency to promote the common development of all regions is the mainstream of academic research at present. By combining the input-output indica-tors of “Shandong Statistical Yearbook” and the official website of the municipal statistics bureau with the current economic growth situation of Shandong Province in recent years, in combination with the characteristics of economic development in various cities, this paper uses data envelop-ment analysis (DEA) method to study the gap between input and output of cities in Shandong Prov-ince in 2020 from the perspective of economic efficiency. Based on the research results, practical suggestions of regional economic development in Shandong Province are put forward from four as-pects: regional economic difference, talent training and matching, industrial development, income gap and so on.
