In this paper, we will introduce the concept of double star sign pattern matrix, and classify all the 4th order double star sign pattern matrix by studying the double star sign pattern matrix, and give the equivalent characterization of the 4th order double star sign pattern matrices that do not allow algebraic positivity, and that allow algebraic positivity respectively.
