Leveraging the powerful computational and visualization advantages of Matlab, computations are mainly implemented through Matlab for maximum likelihood estimation, linear regression, law of large numbers, and cluster analysis. Through the use of Matlab, students can better understand the concepts of probability theory and mathematical statistics, enhance their interest in learning, and improve their practical application abilities.
