摘要 肿瘤机体内免疫抑制细胞、免疫抑制分子状态与肿瘤发生、发展密切相关。本文综述了肿瘤免疫过程中参与肿瘤免疫逃逸的免疫抑制分子PD-1,CTLA-4,TIM-3,LAG-3,CD160,BTLA的功能状况及最新研究进展。 Tumorigenesis was closely related to the states of immune tumor suppressor cells and immuno-suppressive molecules. In the paper, we overviewed current functional situation and newly re-search progress of immunosuppressive molecules, e.g. programmed death-1, cytotoxic T lympho-cyte-associated antigen-4, T cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain-3, B and T lymphocyte attenuator, LAG-3, CD160, which took part in the tumor immune escape in the process of tumor immunity.
