The Development of Treatment of Gastric Cancer with Liver Metastasis

胃癌一旦发生肝转移(gastric cancer with liver metastasis, GCLM),其预后极差。对病人恰当地进行肝脏病灶的局部处理,包括手术、射频、经动脉插管化疗、放疗等,能够改善患者预后。

The prognosis of patients of gastric cancer with liver metastasis (GCLM) is very poor. The appro-priate management of the liver lesion, including surgical resection, radiofrequency ablation, transarterial therapy and radiotherapy could improve the outcome of GCLM.
