探讨双脉冲多普勒技术测量Tei指数在成人健康体检中评估左室舒张功能的应用价值

Study on Evaluating the Value of Tei Index in the Evaluation of Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Adult Health Examination by Double Pulse Doppler Technique

目的:探讨双脉冲多普勒技术测量Tei指数在成人健康体检中评估左室舒张功能的应用价值。方法:选取体检中心健康成人113例,根据脉冲多普勒二尖瓣下血流E/A值及组织多普勒二尖瓣环运动速度e’/a’比值分为组1 (41例完全正常)、组2 (40例E/A、e’/a’ 1而e’/a’ <1)三组,采用双脉冲多普勒技术同步测量左心功能的Tei指数、舒张早期二尖瓣血流E峰与二尖瓣环运动速度e’比值(E/e’)等参数,采用统计软件SPSS 19.0对数据进行分析。结果:Tei指数在组2、组3中均较组1增高,三组之间均有差异(P <0.05),组2高于组1。Tei指数与等容舒张期IVRT、舒张早期二尖瓣血流E、组织多普勒二尖瓣环运动e’ (隔侧及侧壁)、E/A有相关性(P <0.05)。舒张功能减低与高血压及糖尿病家族史、吸烟(1包/天)及酗酒、熬夜及睡眠差、工作压力大等精神因素、肥胖、缺乏运动有很强的相关性。结论:双脉冲多普勒可同步测量Tei指数等指标,提高了诊断左室舒张功能不全的准确性。
