摘要
目的:探讨等离子射频辅助鼓膜打孔技术,治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法:选取我院于2012年1月至2016年12月收治的62例(117耳)儿童分泌性中耳炎,术前声导抗检查明确诊断,应用等离子刀头行鼓膜穿孔。术后每半个月复查一次,至鼓膜穿孔痊愈,术后3个月复查疗效。结果:所有鼓膜打孔可保持4~8周,术后3个月复查声抗导,94% (110/117)耳转为A型曲线。结论:等离子射频辅助鼓膜打孔治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。
Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of plasma eardrum perfo-ration for children with otitis media with effusion. Method: 62 cases (117 ears) of children with otitis media with effusion (OME) were selected from January 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital, plasma eardrum perforation was carried out. Result: The perforation could keep for 4 - 8 weeks after the surgery. Followed up 3 months later, preoperative tympanogram of 94% (110/ 117) ears with type B or C turned to type A. Conclusion: Plasma eardrum perforation has a good therapeutic effect for children with OME.
