嘉善县儿童注意缺陷与多动障碍的现况调查

Investigation of Children’s Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder in Jiashan County

目的:通过对嘉善县二所小学在校学生的问卷调查,了解该校学生儿童多动症的患病情况。方法: 采用Conners多动症量表包括Conners父母量表及Conners教师量表简化版,对嘉善县抽查两所小学学生进行测评,数据利用SPSS11.5软件包进行分析。结果:儿童多动症的检出率为16.75%,男生16.75%高于女生8.90%,差异有统计学意义,不同年级检出率差异有统计学意义,但随年级无规律性变化。行为问题各因子得分与中国城市常模比较结果基本一致。结论:儿童多动症检出率以及行为问题各因子得分均处于国内平均水平。

Objective: To investigate the prevalence of ADHD in the students of two primary schools in Jiashan county. Methods: The Conners hyperactivity scale included the Conners parents scale and the Conners teacher scale simplified version, and the two primary school students were assessed in Jiashan county. The data were analyzed using SPSS11.5 software package. Results: Detection rate of Children with ADHD is 16.75%;the boys (16.75%) is higher than girls (8.90%);difference was statistically significant, the detection rate of different grade difference was statistically significant, but no regular change with grade. The scores of various factors of behavioral problems are basically consistent with the comparison results of Chinese urban norms. Conclusion: The scores of ADHD and behavioral problems in children are at the national average.
