摘要 维生素D是一种类固醇激素,除了传统的调节钙磷代谢作用外,还在人体免疫调控、细胞分化与增殖、神经保护等方面发挥显著作用。近年来研究发现,维生素D缺乏与多种神经系统疾病的发生发展相关。本文主要阐述维生素D在神经系统疾病如缺血性脑卒中、阿尔兹海默病、血管性痴呆、多发性硬化、帕金森病中的研究进展。 Vitamin D is a steroid hormone. Besides the traditional regulation of calcium and phosphorus me-tabolism, it plays a significant role in immunoregulation, cell differentiation and proliferation, neuroprotection, etc. Recent studies have found that vitamin D deficiency is associated with the development of various neurological diseases. This paper is to review the research progress of Vitamin D in the neurological diseases, which include ischemic stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease.
