“120”调度员是急救调度指挥中心的灵魂,主要负责院前急救工作中急救资源的调派和现场急救指挥,院前急救是急诊急救医疗体系的重要组成部分,及时高效的院前急救能提高急危重症伤病员的抢救成功率,降低致残率,与伤病员的愈后生存质量息息相关。“120”调度工作既要有科学性、合理性,更要体现出时效性,随着时代的进步和社会的发展,国内部分急救中心已开始运行MPDS (Medical Priority Dispatch System)医疗优先分级调派系统,“呼救电话接通,急救随之展开”现代急救模式的开启,传统的“120”调度员向“120”医疗调度员转变是大势所趋。

The “120” dispatcher is the soul of the emergency dispatch command center and is mainly respon-sible for the deployment of emergency resources and on-site emergency command in pre-hospital emergency care. Pre-hospital emergency care is an important part of the emergency medical sys-tem. Timely and efficient pre-hospital emergency care can improve the rescue success rate of crit-ically ill patients and reduce the rate of disability, which is closely related to the quality of life of the patients after recovery. The “120” dispatch work should be scientific, reasonable and timely. With the progress of the times and the development of society, some domestic emergency centers have started to operate the medical priority dispatch system of MPDS (Medical Priority Dispatch System). With the opening of the modern emergency mode, the traditional “120” dispatcher has changed to “120” medical dispatcher.
