摘要
帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease, PD)在神经系统退行性疾病中位于第二位,目前仍缺乏有效用于PD早期诊断的生物标志物,使众多PD患者错失了早诊断、早治疗的机会。外泌体及其microRNA对于PD等神经系统退行性疾病潜在的诊疗价值日益成为研究的热点,有望成为PD早期诊断的标志物。本文从外泌体及其microRNA的起源、特性,参与PD发生发展的过程,对PD的早期预警、诊断及靶向治疗等方面进行综述,以期为临床及科研工作提供新的思路。
Parkinson’s disease(PD)is the second in the degenerative diseases of the nervous system.It still lacks biomarkers for early diagnosis of PD,which makes many PD patients miss the opportunity of early diagnosis and treatment.The potential value of exosome and their microRNA for the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as PD has become a research hotspot,and it is expected to become a biomarker for early diagnosis of PD.This article reviews the origin and characteristics of exosomes and their microRNA,and participates in the development of PD,the early warning,diagnosis and targeted treatment of PD,in order to provide new ideas for clinical and scientific research.
