某赴高原驻训部队伤病员情况分析

Analysis of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Plateau Training Troops Wounded in A Field Hospital

目的:调查分析特定时间段高原驻训部队训练伤及疾病发病规律,为做好陆军卫勤保障提供参照。方法:收集某驻军医院每日就诊收治伤病员资料,根据“野战医院疾病病种统计表”绘制相关分布曲线,并进行统计学分析。结果:发病最高的为呼吸系统疾病,其次为训练伤(其中由高到低依次为软组织伤、骨与关节损伤、高原反应和其它),皮肤病、胃肠疾病及五官疾病也占有一定比例。发病时间分布前五周相对零散,六周以后急剧上升,进入九月份以后达到高峰。结论:高原驻训部队伤病情况与高原特殊的地理环境、气候及训练任务密切相关,分析其分布情况,对做好陆军卫勤保障有重要指导意义。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the characteristics of the training injury of plateau troops in specific time period and to provide references for the army medical support.Method:To collect the data of patients daily received in a field hospital,make distribution curves based on the statistical table of diseases in the field hospital,and to make statistical analysis.Result:The incidence of respiratory diseases is the highest,followed by training injury(from high to low in order:soft tissue injury,bone and joint injury,altitude stress and others).Skin diseases,gastrointestinal diseases and facial diseases also occupy certain proportion.Diseases are relatively scattered in the first five weeks,rise sharply after six weeks,and reach the peak in September.Conclusion:The injury of plateau troops is closely related to the special geographical environment,climate and training task.Analysis of the injury distribution is of great guiding significance to the army medical support.
