摘要 目的:探讨线粒体脑病中MELAS综合征的临床特点、治疗和预后。方法:本文报道了延安大学附属医院1例MELAS综合征患者的诊治过程,总结其临床特征。 Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis of MELAS syndrome in mitochondrial encephalopathy.Methods:The diagnosis and treatment of a patient with MELAS syndrome in the Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University were reported.The clinical characteristics were summarized and the related literature was reviewed.
