摘要
现代医学认为卵巢早衰的病因与遗传、自身免疫、感染及医源性因素有关,治疗主要采用HRT激素替代疗法。中医认为本病是以肾虚为主导涉及肝脾病变的一种疾病,治疗上以补肾为原则兼顾肝脾及整体调节,重在调节天癸–冲任–胞宫生殖轴的平衡状态。本文从现代医学、中医治疗及中西医对卵巢早衰病因、诊断及治疗进展进行综述。
The pathogeny of premature ovarian failure is related to heredity, autoimmunity, infection and iatrogenic factors by Modern Medicine. Hormone replacement therapy is the main method. Kidney deficiency is the main disease which involves liver and spleen in Chinese traditional medicine theory. The principle of treatment is to tonify the kidney and regulate the liver and spleen as well as the whole. This article reviews the progress in the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of premature ovarian failure from the theory of modern medicine, Chinese and Western medicine treatment.
