摘要
肾综合征出血热(Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, HFRS),又称流行性出血热,是由汉坦病毒属(HV)的各型病毒引起的,以鼠类为主要传染源的一种自然疫源性疾病,该病的主要临床特征为发热、渗出、出血、低血压休克及肾脏损害。
