摘要
近年来,人们在构建人胎脑cDNA文库和大规模测序中发现了kelch基因家族的新成员KLHL5,并发现该基因可能与多种疾病的发生及部分肿瘤的转移相关,这一发现可能为疾病的治疗提供新的基因靶点。本文就KLHL5的结构、功能特点及与相关疾病的研究进展进行综述。
In recent years, people have discovered the new member of the kelch gene family KLHL5 in the construction of human fetal brain cDNA library and large-scale sequencing, and found that the gene may be associated with the occurrence of many diseases and the metastasis of some tumors. This discovery may provide a new gene target for the treatment of disease. This article reviews the structure, functional characteristics and research progress of KLHL5 and related diseases.
