摘要
医院门诊是医院的窗口,也是医患矛盾相对集中的地方。门诊护理是一种方便、快捷、经济、灵活的医疗服务模式,但在具体的护理操作过程中仍存在就诊流程复杂、人员综合业务能力欠缺、安排不合理等方面的问题。为更好地为患者服务,本文在全面总结门诊护理服务中存在的问题的基础上,提出从建设环境设施、加强护患沟通、改善服务态度、提升专业技能、提高安全防范意识等方面进行改进的建议,以最大限度地为患者提供安全、优质、高效、满意的医疗护理服务。
Outpatient treatment is the window of hospital services and conflict place between patients and physicians. Outpatient treatment is also a convenient, cheaper, quicker method to treat patient;however there still exist problems of complex process, lack basic skills and irrational arrangement. Here we investigated main problems on outpatient nursing treatment gave suggestion of how improve hardware, communication, attitude, professional skills and security consciousness based on for better service.
