MPV和PDW在骨髓增生异常综合征中的临床意义

Clinical Significance of MPV and PDW in Myelodysplastic Syndrome

目的:研究血小板参数——平均血小板体积(Mean platelet volume, MPV)、血小板分布宽度(Platelet distribution width, PDW)在骨髓增生异常综合征(Myelodysplastic syndrome, MDS)病人诊断中的意义。方法:回顾性分析2015年6月至2020年10月在潍坊医学院附属医院34例MDS病人的临床资料。绘制ROC曲线并计算曲线下面积、最佳临界值(Cutoff值)、敏感度和特异性。结果:MDS患者的MPV、PDW均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。采用ROC曲线分析得出:MPV曲线下面积70.3%,最佳临界值为9.95 fl,最佳临界值处的敏感性和特异性分别为61.8%和85.7%。PDW曲线下面积78.9%,最佳临界值为16.55 fl,最佳临界值处的敏感性和特异性分别为67.6%和82.9%。结论:MPV/PDW在MDS中具有诊断意义,可作为MDS的筛查及诊断指标之一。

Objective: To discuss the significance of platelet parameters-mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet distribution width (PDW) in the diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome. Method: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 34 MDS patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from June 2015 to October 2020.
