IL-23/IL-17炎症通路在中轴型脊柱关节炎发病机制及治疗中的研究进展

摘要 IL-23/IL-17炎症通路在中轴型脊柱关节炎(Axial Spondyloarthritis, axSpA)的发病机制中逐渐成为热点研究方向。随着基因技术的发展,该炎症轴与SpA之间关联也愈加清晰,临床中针对axSpA中IL-17的抑制也取得了较好的治疗结果,但针对IL-23抑制的治疗结果不理想,对于IL-23/IL-17炎症通路在axSpA发病中的作用仍有较多的矛盾与未知。本文主要针对IL-23/IL-17炎症通路在axSpA中的发病机制及临床治疗的研究进展进行了综述。 The IL-23/IL-17 Axis has gradually received more attention in the pathogenesis of Axial Spondyloarthritis (axSpA). With the development of gene technology, the relationship between the axis and SpA has become more and more clear. Clinically, the inhibition of IL-17 in axSpA has also achieved good treatment results, but the results of treatment for IL-23 inhibition are not satisfactory. There are still many contradictions and unknowns about the role of IL-23/IL-17 Axis in the pathogenesis of axSpA. This article mainly reviews the research progress of IL-23/IL-17 Axis in axSpA and clinical treatment.
