妊娠中期子宫嵌顿致急性尿潴留、子宫脱垂1例并文献复习

Urinary Retention, Uterine Prolapse Caused by Uterine Incarceration in the Second Trimester of Pregnancy: A Case Report and Literature Review

妊娠期子宫嵌顿在临床上罕见报道,随着其病情的进展会引起多种母婴并发症,危及母婴健康。本文对青岛大学附属医院于2020年7月收治的1例该病患者病例资料进行回顾,结合国内外文献对该病的诊断及治疗方法进行讨论,以期降低该病的漏诊及误诊率,避免相应并发症,改善母婴预后。

Uterine incarceration during pregnancy is rarely reported in clinic. With the progress of the disease, it will cause a variety of maternal and infant complications and endanger maternal and infant health. In order to reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, avoid the corresponding complications and improve the prognosis of mother and infant, a case of this disease admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University in July 2020 was reviewed in this paper.
