摘要 目的:探讨需要左甲状腺素(LT4)治疗的胎龄 0.05)。截止至2020年12月,29例早产儿为暂时性CH,1例为永久性CH。结论:胎龄 【32周早产儿的CH及早干预对其生长发育有积极影响,且大部分属于暂时性甲状腺功能减退症。 Objective: To determine the management and prognosis of congenital hypothyroidism (CH) requiring levothyroxine (LT4) treatment in preterm infants born before 32 gestational weeks. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was performed on preterm infants who were born before 32 gestational weeks and admitted to the Linyi People’s Hospital between January 2016 and December 2018. According to the need for LT4 treatment, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The growth and development of the two groups were evaluated at 3 and 6 months of corrected age, and the thyroid function was evaluated at 3 years of age to confirm the diagnosis. Results: This study included 314 premature infants, including 30 in the treatment group and 60 in the control group. At 3 months of age, there were significant differences in body weight, body length and head circumference (t = 2.113, 2.310 and 2.674, P 0.05). In 29 cases, treatment was stopped successfully by 3 years of age and was considered transient hypothyroidism. One case was diagnosed to have permanent hypothyroidism.
