目的:探讨Furin、TGF-β2、TNF-a三种因子在稽留流产组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测30例因稽留流产行人工流产的妊娠组织(实验组,孕周6~10周)和30例正常妊娠行人工流产的妊娠组织(对照组,孕周6~10周)中Furin、TGF-β2、TNF-a三种因子的染色情况,采用H-评分法评价三种因子在不同组织中的表达。结果:1) 两组细胞滋养层细胞中,Furin表达无统计学差异(P 】0.05);而TGF-β2、TNF-a两种因子在稽留流产组织中的表达明显高于正常妊娠组织,差异有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。2) 两组合体细胞滋养层细胞中,Furin、TGF-β2、TNF-a三种因子均高表达,三种因子在稽留流产组织中表达明显高于正常妊娠组织,差异有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。3) 在蜕膜组织中,Furin在稽留流产组织中的表达明显高于正常妊娠组织,差异有统计学意义(P 【0.05);而TGF-β2、TNF-a两种因子在正常妊娠组织中的表达明显高于稽留流产,差异有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。结论:Furin、TGF-β2、TNF-a三种因子在稽留流产组织中不同程度的表达,可能在胚胎植入、启动蜕膜化及抑制胚胎免疫排斥、阻碍流产过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Furin, transforming growth factor-β2 (TGF-β2) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in missed abortion. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the staining of furin, TGF-β2 and TNF-a in 30 cases of missed abortion (experimental group) and 30 cases of normal pregnancy (control group, gestational week less than 10 weeks). H-score was used to evaluate the expression of three factors in different tissues. Results: 1) There was no statistically significant difference in the expression of furin between the two groups of cytotrophoblast cells, while the expression of TNF-a and TGF-β2 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences. 2) Furin, TGF-β2 and TNF-a were highly expressed in two groups of syncytiotrophoblast, the expression of three factors in missed abortion tissue was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy tissue, the difference was statistically significant. 3) There was no significant difference in the expression of furin in decidual tissues between the two groups, while the expression of TNF-a and TGF-β2 in normal pregnancy tissues was significantly higher than that in missed abortion tissues, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The different expression degrees of furin, TGF-β2 and TNF-a may play an important role in embryo implantation, initiation of decidualization, suppression of immune rejection of embryo and inhibition of abortion.
