摘要
目的:探讨孤独症谱系障碍儿童血清中叶酸水平及其与孤独症谱系障碍严重程度的关联,为孤独症谱系障碍儿童的防治提供更好的理论依据。方法:纳入113名2~7岁的孤独症谱系障碍儿童作为ASD组,同时选用133名性别、年龄相匹配的正常儿童作为对照组,比较两组儿童血清叶酸水平。同时采用孤独症评定量表(CARS量表)评估孤独症谱系障碍儿童的症状及严重程度,进一步研究叶酸与孤独症谱系障碍严重程度的相关性。结果:两组儿童叶酸水平差异具有统计学意义,其中ASD儿童叶酸水平低于对照组儿童(12.25 ±4.09 vs. 14.53 ±2.88, P 【0.05)。据CARS量表评分,按照总分在30~36分之间为轻中度,≥36分为重度的标准,将其分为轻中度组和重度组,两组间叶酸水平差异具有统计学意义(P 【0.05),且重度组叶酸水平要低于轻中度组水平(12.11 ±3.87 vs. 12.47 ±4.14)。目前结果可知,ASD儿童的叶酸水平,与CARS评分呈负性相关(r = −0.002, P 【0.05)。结论:本次试验纳入研究的孤独症谱系障碍儿童的叶酸水平均低于正常儿童,且与其严重程度相关(P 【0.05)。
Objective: To explore the relationship between serum folic acid level and the severity of autism spectrum disorder in children with autism spectrum disorder, and to provide better theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of autism spectrum disorder. Methods: 113 children with autism spectrum disorder aged 2~7 years were enrolled as ASD group, and 133 normal children matched with gender and age were selected as control group. At the same time, the Autism Rating Scale (CARS) was used to evaluate the symptoms and severity of children with autism spectrum disorders, and to further study the correlation between folic acid and the severity of autism spectrum disorders. Result: The folic acid level of ASD children was lower than that of the control group (12. 25 2 ±4.09 vs. 14.53 ±2.88, P <0.05). The current results show that the folic acid level of ASD children is negatively correlated with cars score (r = −0.002, P <0.05). Conclusion: The folate levels of children with autism spectrum disorders were lower than those of normal children, and were related to the severity of the disease (P <0.05).
