摘要
蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶相互作用蛋白51 (PTPIP51)是一种进化保守的新型线粒体蛋白,在哺乳动物中广泛表达,与多种蛋白结合参与细胞信号通路的传递,是各项生命活动正常进行的基础,多种疾病的发生都与PTPIP51的表达异常有关。本文就PTPIP51的生物学特性、在细胞周期中的作用、与细胞凋亡和自噬、与肿瘤和神经退行性疾病的关系以及在记忆中的作用等研究做一综述。
Protein tyrosine phosphatase interacting protein 51 (PTPIP51) is an evolutionarily conserved new type of mitochondrial protein widely expressed in mammals. Binding to multiple proteins to participate in the transmission of cellular signaling pathways is the basis for the normal conduct of various life activities. The occurrence of multiple diseases is all related to the abnormal expression of PTPIP51. This review focuses on the biological characteristics of PTPIP51, its role in the cell cycle, its association with apoptosis and autophagy, with tumor and neurodegenerative diseases, and in memory.
