超声诊断干燥综合征颌下腺病变研究进展

Progress in Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Submandibular Adenopathy in Sjogren’s Syndrome

干燥综合征(Sjogren syndrome, SS)是一种发病率较高的慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病,主要影响以淋巴细胞渗透为特征的颌下腺、泪腺等,导致腺体破坏和功能受损。早期诊断SS对于疾病治疗有着重要作用。因此,我们对超声检查在干燥综合征颌下腺病变方面的实际应用进行综述。

Sjogren’s syndrome (SS) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease with a high incidence, which mainly affects the submandibular glands and tear glands characterized by lymphocyte infiltration, leading to gland damage and impaired function. Early diagnosis of SS plays an important role in disease treatment. Therefore, we review the practical application of ultrasound to the submandibular adenopathy of SS.
