摘要
胃癌是世界性的公共卫生问题,其治愈率低,预后差,而早期胃癌患者5年生存率高,预后较好,所以胃癌的早诊早治尤为重要。本文就早期胃癌的检查与诊断、适应症、禁忌症及并发症作一综述。
Gastric cancer is a worldwide public health problem with a low cure rate and poor prognosis, while patients with early-stage gastric cancer have a high 5-year survival rate and a better prognosis, so early diagnosis and early treatment of gastric cancer is particularly important. In this review, we will summarize the work-up and diagnosis, indications, contraindications and complications of early gastric cancer.
