药物洗脱支架联合药物涂层球囊治疗冠状动脉真性分叉病变的研究进展

Research Progress of Drug-Eluting Stent Combined with Drug Coated Balloon in the Treatment of True Coronary Bifurcation Lesions

冠状动脉真性分叉病变的介入治疗仍为冠状动脉介入治疗的重难点。本文通过回顾现有研究结果总结了主支血管植入药物洗脱支架联合分支血管药物涂层球囊处理治疗冠状动脉真性分叉病变的优势,同时简述了该联合方案的局限性,最后提出对未来治疗方向的展望。

The treatment of true bifurcation lesions is still the key and difficult point of coronary intervention. This paper summarizes the advantages of drug-eluting stent implantation in main branch combined with drug coated balloon treatment in side branch for true bifurcation lesions, and briefly describes the limitations of the combination scheme, according to reviewing the existing research results. Finally, we put forward the prospect of future treatment direction.
