Cholangiocarcinoma with Annular Pancreas: A Case Report

环状胰腺是一种罕见的先天性发育缺陷,通常见于儿童。本文介绍一例术中发现的同时伴有胆管癌的成人环状胰腺,患者行胰十二指肠切除术,术后病理证实为低分化胆管癌,术后随访预后良好。环状胰腺具有不易诊断的特点,本文将收治的一例患者进行回顾性分析,旨在增加对于此类疾病的认识。

Annular pancreas is a rare congenital developmental defect that usually occurs in children. This article describes an adult annular pancreas with cholangiocarcinoma found intraoperatively. The patient underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy and postoperative pathology proved to be poorly differentiated cholangiocarcinoma with good prognosis after follow-up. Annular pancreas is difficult to diagnose. In this paper, a patient admitted to our hospital was retrospectively analyzed in order to increase the understanding of this disease.
