后疫情下骨科住院医师规范化培训的几点思考

Viewpoints on Standardized Training of Orthopaedic Residents in Later-Epidemic Situation

新冠肺炎发生后,骨科住院医师规范化培训也发生了一系列的变化。越来越多的住培基地采用线上、线下混合教学模式对住陪学员进行培养。通过不同的网络在线平台进行线上小讲课,学生可通过手机、电脑、iPad等平台听课。在直播中,老师可以和学生进行互动,能更好地进行交流。通过“微信群”与学员建立联系,发布学习计划、上课预告、课件分享等。线下教学查房时,安排病例至专门的示教室进行教学查房,避免拥挤,有效进行疫情防控。但在网络授课时也会碰到不少问题,包括学生自我约束差、学习环境影响大、老师不适用网络教学、互动性差等问题。本文就对疫情后骨科专业住培线上线下混合模式授课存在的问题与现状进行总结与思考,同时针对现有教学模式进行总结反思,拟进一步提高日后培训质量,全面优化骨科专业培训工作。

After the occurrence of COVID-19, a series of changes have taken place in the standardized training of orthopedic residents. More and more residential training centers use online and offline mixed teaching mode to teach the residents. Orthopedic residents can learn from small online lectures on different network online platforms by mobile phones, computers, iPads and so on. In the live broadcast, teachers can interact with students and communicate better. In addition, the teachers can establish contact with students and make study plans, class preview, and courseware sharing through the “Wechat Group”. During the offline teaching ward round, cases can be arranged to a special classroom for teaching ward round with no overcrowding and effective epidemic control. However, there are many problems in network teaching, such as students’ poor self-restraint, the influence of learning environment, teachers’ inapplicability to network teaching, poor interactivity and so on. This article aims to summarize the problems and the present situation of the on-line and off-line mixed teaching mode of the orthopedic residents at later-epidemic situation, and simultaneously to carry on the summary of the existing teaching mode, in order to improve the future training quality and the systemic training work.
