维生素D是一种脂溶性类固醇激素,不仅参与人体钙磷代谢,维持骨骼健康,而且还具有免疫调节作用,影响多种感染性疾病的发生、发展。该文简要介绍维生素D营养状况与儿童感染性疾病的相关性。
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble steroid hormone, which not only participates in the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in human body to maintain bone health, but also plays an immunomodulatory role and affects the occurrence and development of various infectious diseases. This article briefly introduces the relationship between vitamin D nutritional status and infectious diseases in children.
