血透患者护理风险管理应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Hemodialysis Patient Nursing Risk Management

目的:探讨风险管理护理干预手段在血液透析患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月~2021年10月到我院血液科接受透析的患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组均为50例,对比分析两组患者护理期间的风险事件、并发症总发生率及护理满意度。结果:在并发症总发生率和风险事件总发生率维度方面,对照组高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。在护理满意度维度上,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。结论:护理风险管理在血液透析患者护理中取得了良好的应用价值,该护理干预手段可降低血液透析护理中风险事件和并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To explore the effect of risk management nursing intervention in the nursing of hemodialysis patients. Methods: A total of 100 patients who received dialysis in hematology department of our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. Risk events, total incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: In the dimension of total incidence of complications and risk events, the control group was higher than the observation group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). In the dimension of nursing satisfaction, the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing risk management has a good application value in the nursing of hemodialysis patients. The nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of risk events and complications in hemodialysis nursing, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
