摘要
腹膜透析患者发生腹膜纤维化会使腹膜的弥散、对流、超滤功能进行性衰退,最终发生超滤衰竭。腹膜纤维化是尿毒症患者长时间腹膜透析治疗后被迫中止腹膜透析最重要的原因。本文主要对腹膜透析相关性腹膜纤维化中TGF-β介导的信号通路、miRNA和lncRNA在腹膜纤维化调控机制中的研究进展作一综述。
Peritoneal fibrosis in peritoneal dialysis patients will progressively decline the diffusion, convection, and ultrafiltration functions of the peritoneum, and eventually lead to ultrafiltration failure. And it is the most important reason for forced discontinuation of peritoneal dialysis in uremic patients after prolonged peritoneal dialysis treatment. This article mainly reviews the research progress of TGF-β-mediated signaling pathway, miRNA and lncRNA in the regulation mechanism of peritoneal fibrosis related to the peritoneal dialysis.
