腹腔镜与开腹手术修补胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床研究进展

胃十二指肠溃疡的重大疾病有多种,穿孔就是其中之一,其具有发作迅速、病情重、改变快等特征,如不及时处理,会对病人的生命与安全造成严重的威胁。众多临床资料显示,大多数胃十二指肠穿孔出现在十二指肠球部前壁,而在胃小弯则会出现胃溃疡穿孔,病变也与食物、环境等原因有关。临床上手术治疗是治疗胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔首选治疗方式,但由于手术方式的不同,临床治疗效果产生了差别。因此本文将重点通过研究胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床处理现状,以及分析腹腔镜与开腹穿孔修补术诊治胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床效果。

The major diseases of gastroduodenal ulcer are varied, while perforation is one of the kinds, which is characterized by rapid onset, severe disease and fast change. If it is not timely handled, the patient’s safety and life will be severely threatened. Many clinical materials show that most gastroduodenal perforation appeared at anterior wall of duodenal bulb, while lesser curvature of stomach will induce perforated gastric ulcer and pathology is relevant to food, environment, etc. The clinical operation is the primary treatment to acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer. Due to the difference of operation, the treatment of clinical is varied. Hence, this article attached great importance to acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer and analyzed clinical effects of diagnosis and treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation by laparoscopy and open perforation repair.
