胃癌患者就医延迟研究进展

Delays on Health Seeking Behaviors of Patients with Gastric Cancer

胃癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,尽管近年来胃癌的发病率有所下降,但是由于死亡率较高,胃癌仍然是威胁人类生命的重大公共卫生问题。就医延迟是胃癌死亡率高的主要原因,胃癌的早期发现与治疗可以有效的提升患者的生存质量和存活率。对胃癌患者就医延迟的研究现状及影响因素进行综述。

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system. Although the incidence of gastric cancer has declined in recent years, due to the high mortality rate, gastric can-cer is still a major public health problem threatening human life. Delayed medical treatment is the main reason for the high mortality of gastric cancer. Early detection and treatment of gastric cancer can effectively improve the quality of life and survival rate of patients. This article reviews the cur-rent status and influencing factors of the delay in seeking medical attention for patients with gastric cancer.
