慢性阻塞性肺疾病与维生素D的研究进展

Research Progress of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Vitamin D

利用VOSviewer对WOS数据库中慢性阻塞性肺疾病和维生素D发表的期刊及关键词进行了数据可视化,了解其研究现状。对关键词进行搜索发现近20余年的研究热点明显增加,维生素D对肺部疾病,尤其是COPD之间的关系日渐清晰。对于COPD的病人补充维生素D有重要意义,但是深入多方面的了解维生素D与慢阻肺的关系、维生素D对慢阻肺的干预作用及干预方式的选择尚需更多,更细致的临床研究。

Vosviewer was used to visualize the data of journals and keywords published by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and vitamin D in WOS database to understand its research status. Searching for keywords, it is found that the research hotspots in recent 20 years have increased significantly, and the relationship between vitamin D and lung diseases, especially COPD, is becoming clearer and clearer. It is of great significance to supplement vitamin D for COPD patients, but more and more detailed clinical research is needed to deeply understand the relationship between vitamin D and COPD, the intervention effect of vitamin D on COPD and the choice of intervention methods.
