下肢静脉曲张微创治疗的研究现状

The Research Status of Minimally Invasive Treatment of Lower Limb Varicose Veins

下肢静脉曲张(Lower limb varicose veins, VVs)是十分常见的血管外科疾病。因病理机制复杂,病程长、易复发的特点,其治疗一直是临床难题,尤其是终末期患者。近些年来,下肢静脉曲张的治疗新方法层出不穷,得到了前所未有的发展。然而,由于我国不同地区,医疗卫生水平存在较大差异,诊疗的规范性有待进一步加强。本综述将对近几年发表的关于该病治疗所采取的腔内热闭合术以及腔内非热闭合术等微创治疗方法所提出的新观点进行归纳和总结,为临床治疗提供参考。

Varicose veins of Lower extremities (Lower limb varicose veins, VVs) is a very common vascular sur-gical disease. Because of the complex pathological mechanism, the characteristics of long duration, easy to relapse, it is always a difficult problem to clinical treatment, especially in patients with end-stage. In recent years, the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins new methods emerges in endlessly, obtained the unprecedented development. However, due to the different areas in China, there are large differences between medical and health level, and the standardization of diagnosis and treatment needs to be further strengthened. This review will summarize the new ideas of minimally invasive treatment methods, such as endovascular thermal closure and endovascular non-thermal closure, which have been published in recent years for the treatment of this disease, and provide reference for clinical treatment.
