儿童胸腰椎结核的诊治现状

Current Status of Diagnosis and Treatment of Thoracolumbar Tuberculosis in Children

目前儿童胸腰椎结核的诊治过程仍然面临着早期诊断难度较大、结核耐药情况日益严重、手术适应症把握不严谨、手术方式考虑不周等问题,本文通过对近年来儿童胸腰椎结核诊治相关文献的分析,从诊断和治疗两个方面探讨了儿童胸腰椎结核的特点,并分析了药物及手术两种治疗方法的临床应用价值。

At present, the diagnosis and treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis in children still face some problems, such as the difficulty of early diagnosis, the increasingly serious drug resistance of tu-berculosis, the lax grasp of surgical indications, and the poor consideration of surgical methods. Through the analysis of the literature related to the diagnosis and treatment of thoracolumbar tu-berculosis in children in recent years, this paper discusses the characteristics of thoracolumbar tu-berculosis in children from the two aspects of diagnosis and treatment, and analyzes the clinical ap-plication value of the two treatment methods of drugs and surgery.
