影像学在原发性肝癌中的应用意义及研究进展

Application and Research Progress of Imaging in Primary Liver Cancer

原发性肝癌最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率较高,因此对于原发性肝癌的诊断和治疗备受关注。由于原发性肝癌的侵袭性强,癌转移的速度快,早期诊断对患者预后十分重要。影像学是原发性肝癌诊断和管理的重要方式,影像学的应用贯穿原发性肝癌的整个诊治过程,选择正确的影像学方法进行筛查、诊断、分级、治疗以及治疗后的评估对原发性肝癌患者有着重要的意义。现将影像学在原发性肝癌中的临床应用及研究进展进行综述如下。

Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors with high mortality, so the diag-nosis and treatment of primary liver cancer need to be concerned. HCC rapidly develops and easily metastasizes, so early diagnosis is very important for the prognosis of patients with primary liver cancer. Imaging is an important way of diagnosis and management of primary liver cancer. The ap-plication of imaging runs through the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer. It is of great significance for patients with primary liver cancer to select the correct imaging methods for screening, diagnosis, grading, treatment and evaluation after treatment. The clinical application and research progress of imaging in primary liver cancer are summarized as follows.
