摘要
目前,血液透析治疗仍然是终末期肾脏病(慢性肾衰竭)患者的主要肾脏替代疗法,尽管医疗技术日益进步,透析水平及透析技术在不断提高,但维持性血液透析患者的死亡率仍偏高。对此,国内外有许多学者对影响血液透析的患者生存预后的危险因素进行了大量的分析与研究,本篇综述对这些危险因素进行全方位的归纳与总结。
At present, hemodialysis is still the main renal replacement therapy for patients with end-stage renal disease. Despite the increasing progress of medical technology and the continuous improve-ment of dialysis level and technology, the death risk of patients with maintenance hemodialysis is still high. In this regard, many scholars at home and abroad have conducted a large number of studies on the factors affecting the survival and prognosis of hemodialysis patients. This review summarizes these risk factors in an all-round way.
