Tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) is a natural epidemic disease caused by tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) and characterized by central nervous system infection. TBEV infects humans mainly through the bite of ticks infected with TBEV, mostly from May to July each year, and the population is generally susceptible. Most of the clinical manifestations were sudden high fever, headache, me-ningeal irritation sign, disturbance of consciousness, and muscle paralysis. A patient with mild TBE and acute cerebral infarction is reported and relevant clinical analyses are performed.
