菌阳肺结核的影像研究进展

Progress in Imaging Studies of Bacterial-Positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis

菌阳肺结核指在痰液或肺泡灌洗液中检出结核杆菌,细菌学阳性是诊断活动性肺结核的金标准。既往在对活动性肺结核的诊断中存在细菌学阳性率不高的问题,因此活动性肺结核的诊断多需要结合胸部影像表现。现对菌阳肺结核的胸部X线片及CT表现的研究进展进行综述,以明确菌阳肺结核的影像表现。

Bacterial-positive pulmonary tuberculosis refers to the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum or bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, which is the gold standard for diagnosing active pulmonary tuberculosis. In the past, there was a problem of low bacterial positivity in the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis. Therefore, the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis often needs to be combined with chest imaging findings. This article reviews the research progress of chest X-ray and CT manifestations of bacterial-positive pulmonary tuberculosis, in order to clarify the imaging manifestations of bacterial-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.
