摘要
趋化因子在宫颈癌中能激活免疫检查点调节因子,并与肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭、血管生成、化疗抵抗和免疫抑制等预后因素有关。为了更好地治疗宫颈癌并寻找新的有效的治疗靶点,对趋化因子有一个清晰的认识具有重大的现实意义。本文综述了CC、CXC两类趋化因子的起源和分类,以及作为生物标志物,在宫颈癌发生发展中的机制及潜在作用。
Chemokines can activate immune checkpoint regulators in cervical cancer and are associated with prognostic factors, such as tumor cell proliferation, invasion, angiogenesis, chemotherapy resistance and immunosuppression. In order to better treat cervical cancer and find new effective therapeutic targets, it is of great practical significance to have a clear understanding of chemokines. This article reviews the origin and classification of CC and CXC chemokines, as well as the mechanism and po-tential role of CC and CXC chemokines as biomarkers in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
