摘要
Castleman病(Castleman disease, CD)是一种少见的淋巴结疾病,于纵隔、腹膜后、颈部较为多见,较少发生于腋窝。现报道我院一例左侧腋窝CD患者的CT表现。患者男,44岁,因“发现左腋窝肿物半年余”入院,CT表现为左侧腋窝边界清晰的孤立性软组织密度肿物,增强扫描呈明显且均匀强化,病理诊断为透明血管型CD。
Castleman disease (CD) is a kind of lymph node disease. It is more common in the mediastinum, retroperitoneum, and neck but rarely occurs in the axilla. This paper reports the CT presentation of axillary CD. A 44-year-old male complained about left axillary mass for half a year. CT showed a sol-itary lesion with a clear edge in the left axilla, and contrast-enhanced images showed the lesion ho-mogeneously enhanced. The lesion was pathologically confirmed as a hyaline vascular CD.
