摘要
多发性骨髓瘤是一种血液系统恶性肿瘤,以骨髓单克隆浆细胞异常增殖为主要特征,常引起全身骨骼系统的骨髓浸润和骨质破坏。目前,对于MM的诊断,除了实验室检测和骨髓样本活检外,影像学也发挥着核心作用:包括常规x线、CT、MRI及PET/CT等检查技术,为MM的诊断分期、预后危险分层和疗效评估提供影像学依据,本文对MM的影像学研究进展进行综述。
Multiple myeloma is a hematological malignancy characterized by abnormal proliferation of bone marrow monoclonal plasma cells, which often causes bone marrow infiltration and bone destruction in the whole skeletal system. At present, in addition to laboratory tests and bone marrow biopsy, imaging also plays a central role in the diagnosis of MM, including conventional x-ray, CT, MRI and PET/CT examination techniques, which provide imaging basis for the diagnosis and staging, prog-nostic risk stratification and efficacy evaluation of MM. This article reviews the research progress of MM imaging.
